Once you click on the dialer image above, it opens the screen like this. Click on Open button to proceed
Instruction to download and install
Once you click Open button, it starts
installing the dialer on your computer. Next steps
are as follows
First screen is the welcome screen from the dialer click Next to proceed
Next it shows the default location to where the dialer will be
installed. Most of the users might accept the default location or if
you wish you can change.Click Next to proceed
Next screen shows default name of the dialer if you wish you
can change. Click Next to proceed
Next screen gives options for creating short cut and adding it
to Desktop,Start Menu and Quick Launch. We suggest to select all the
options for quick aceess to the Dialer. Click Next to proceed
Next screen shows what all you have selected to install. Click Install to proceed.
After a few seconds next screen will appear by default Launch the SoftPhone is selected. Click Finish button which will open the the dialer on
your computer. The dialer installation finishes here. Or you can open the the dialer from Desktop, Start menu of
your computer.
Please accept the sequirity messages if you are using service
pack 2 (SP2) and allow firwalls to run this program. Please follow the follwing steps to configure and use the
dialer.
The dialer starts by showing the options to Test and Save the setting of Microphone and Speaker connected to your computer. Click Save to proceed
Make sure your computer is attached with Microphone and Speaker.
In the dropdown menu you see the list of sound cards connected to your pc.
Select the card which you want to use. If you are not sure select any one shown in the list.
Press the Test button to check its voice quality.
If voice quality is good then click Save button and proceed.
Or you try by selecting another card from the list. You can change the setting parameter by clicking the setting button.
Next screen asks for PIN of your account. If you don't have PIN please buy the card.
If you have many PINs you can save on your computer by selecting Accounts check box. Then click Add give any name and PIN from card. You can select any of the accounts by double Clicking on user or selecting the Check box.
